人気コミックを連続ドラマ化した日本テレビ「デスノート」（日曜後１０・３０）の第３話が１９日に放送され、
平均視聴率は８・７％（ビデオリサーチ調べ、関東地区）だったことが２１日、分かった。第１話１６・９％は今年の民放連続ドラマの初回としては最高となるロケットスタート。第２話１２・３％と推移している。
第３話は、米連邦捜査局（ＦＢＩ）捜査官レイ（尚玄）を殺害することに失敗した月（窪田）にＬ（山崎）は、月こそがキラではないかと指摘する。
月は、万全を期して練った計画の裏を指摘され、呆然とする。さらに、月の父親・総一郎（松重豊）がキラ対策室の室長だと知った死神リュークから、
